Terms of Service

LeanRAG ("the Service") is a context-pruning API operated by GetDeaddicted LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an API key or calling the API you agree to these terms.

The service

The Service accepts text you send (a question and retrieved chunks) and returns a reduced version of that text together with token accounting. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pruning is lossy by design; you are responsible for validating that pruned context meets your application's quality bar.

Acceptable use

• One free API key per person or company.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not send content you lack the right to process, or content that is illegal to possess or transmit.

Plans and limits

Free: 5,000 prunes/month. Starter: 100,000 prunes/month. Pro: unlimited (subject to fair use). We may throttle traffic that threatens service stability. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; reserved-price commitments are honoured for their stated period.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including LLM output quality attributable to pruned context.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend keys that violate these terms. Contact: getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com.
