Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
Paid plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. Your data and dashboard remain accessible on the free tier afterwards.
Refunds
- First subscription payment: full refund if requested within 7 days, no questions asked.
- Renewal payments: refunded pro-rata if the Service had a verified outage exceeding 24 cumulative hours in the billing month.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
